Vice President/General Manager
Greg leads the Crosset Company in its mission to distribute high quality, safe, certified organic and conventional produce and floral in a way that contributes to its customers’ success and delights shoppers. He joined Crosset Company in 2018 from IFCO Systems, bringing more than two decades of fresh produce sales, marketing, and supply chain experience from industry leaders Mann Packing Company, Ready Pac Foods, Inc., Fresh Express, and Crosset sister company, Club Chef. Greg is energized by the depth and breadth of expertise and dedication exhibited everyday by the produce professionals he works with at Crosset. Their amazing commitment to servicing customers and to supporting each other is what he enjoys most. He is also excited about the work being done at Crosset. As a leader in organic produce distribution with an exceptional network of local growers, Crosset simplifies the supply chain of its retail customers. Greg is a graduate of the prestigious United Fresh Produce Association Leadership Program Class 7 and served as Chairman of the Leadership Alumni Board 2014-2016. A native of Chicago, IL, Greg holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Marketing from Miami University of Ohio and an MBA from Loyola University. He has lived in the Cincinnati area since 1995 with his wife, four daughters, and two dogs. Outside of work, he likes to work…on major projects around the house where he can use the power and hand tools he collects. He also enjoys swimming, running, and bicycling.
Director of Operations
Pam is responsible for operational excellence in transportation, warehousing, facility maintenance, and inventory. A Certified Public Accountant, she joined the company in 1996 as a Staff Accountant, was promoted to Assistant Controller in 1998, and to Division Controller in 2000, a role she held through mid-2018. Prior to Crosset Company, she held store and financial management positions with several Cincinnati-area independent grocery retailers and a trucking company. What she likes best about working for Crosset is the strong sense of family and community, and the culture that encourages out-of-the-box thinking by all employees. Pam holds a Bachelor of Arts Degree in both Accounting and Real Estate from the University of Cincinnati and is a member of the Ohio Society of CPAs. When she is not at work, she volunteers with the American Cancer Society Making Strides Walk and Pan Ohio Hope Ride. She also enjoys spending time with her husband, their three children, and five grandchildren.
Steve is a Certified Public Accountant and Chartered Global Management Accountant. He manages all accounting, financial, reporting and analysis for Crosset Company, as well as the IT department and services. Steve joined the company in 2018 from The Hillman Group, Inc., where he served as Director of Inventory and Pricing, Divisional Controller, and Assistant Controller. Prior to Hillman, he held accounting and controller positions at Armor Metal Group, Formica Corporation, Cincinnati Bell Long Distance, Jay Industrial Technologies, and Marine Midland Bank. He is inspired by the family atmosphere at Crosset Company and the opportunity to be involved and make a difference. A Cincinnati native, Steve holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Accounting from Thomas More University in Kentucky and is a member of the Ohio Society of CPAs and the American Institute of CPAs. When he is not at work, he volunteers with the Cincinnati Chapter of Autism Speaks and enjoys golfing, cooking, and spending time with his wife and their two children.
Director of Human Resources
Destiny plans and directs all aspects of human resource and talent management, including continuous improvement initiatives. She is excited to be part of a company focused on the distribution of healthy food to thousands of consumers. Prior to joining Crosset Company in 2017, she held Human Resources Business Partner, Manager, and Generalist positions at Global Tel-Link, Travelers, and the Archdiocese of Washington, DC. She has also worked as a Law Clerk for the City of Cincinnati and served in the US Army for 8 years as a Paralegal in Fort Stewart, GA, Seoul, South Korea, St. Louis, MO, and Cincinnati, OH. A native of Cincinnati, Destiny earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration and Management from Webster University in St. Louis, a Law degree from University of Cincinnati, and a Graduate Certificate in Human Resource Management from University of Maryland University College. She is a member of the Society for Human Resource Management. When she’s not at work, she enjoys meditation and travel.
Bob leads sales, merchandising, and new business development for Crosset Company. He joined the company in 1987 as field merchandiser and has been helping Crosset Company customers create the “wow factor” in their produce departments ever since. Bob honed his produce sales and merchandising skills on the front line, having served as produce department manager for two local area supermarket groups and as merchandiser at a produce wholesaler prior to joining the company. What he likes best about working at Crosset Company is the family business culture and the passion the employees have for the success of their customers and the produce industry overall. A native of Miamisburg, Ohio, Bob enjoys basketball, golf, fishing, home improvement projects, and spending time with his wife Debbie, three children, and four grandchildren.
Director of Procurement
Joe leads buying, customer service, and strategic grower relationships to insure customer quality and service levels are consistently achieved. He began his Crosset Company career in 2000, working in warehouse maintenance, repacking, and loading operations while in high school and college. After receiving his Bachelor of Science degree in Agricultural Economics from the University of Kentucky, Joe joined the sales and procurement team, first with Crosset Company, and then for four years with the Castellini Company. In 2015, he returned to Crosset Company as Director of Procurement. Joe enjoys the dynamic, fast-paced nature of the produce industry and the customer-focused culture of the company. When he’s not at work, Joe can be found spending time outside with his wife and their two daughters.
Director of Business Development
Bill began his career in 1975 working as a warehouse loader, receiver, and driver at Crosset Company while in college. After completing his Bachelor of Arts degree in Marketing, Sales, and Selling Management at Bowling Green State University, he became a buyer, sales rep, and merchandiser. In 1984, he opened the Crosset Company of Michigan in Ann Arbor, serving first as sales manager and then general manager. Since 1999, he has led new business development for the company. As the great-grandson of Crosset Company founder Walter Crosset, Bill is particularly proud of the long-standing reputation for quality, service, integrity, and exceptional results its employees have created and continue to deliver every single day. A native of Cincinnati, Ohio, Bill and his family still reside in Ann Arbor, Michigan. He is a Board Member of the Ohio Grocers Association, Crosset Charitable Foundation, and a past Board Member of Money Source. He is also past President and Board Member of the High Hollow Association. When he’s not at work, Bill enjoys golfing, gardening, and spending time with his wife and their daughter.
