Tim Shepard

Executive Vice President/General Manager

Tim leads the Crosset Company in its mission to distribute high quality, safe, certified organic and conventional produce and floral in a way that contributes to its customers’ success and delights shoppers. Tim started his produce career as a produce clerk, manager, and merchandising specialist with Kroger. He joined Crosset Company in 1988 as a merchandiser. During his tenure he has been a buyer, sales manager, and director of procurement. In 2015, he became Executive Vice President/General Manager, with responsibility for all aspects of Crosset Company operations. The family-like atmosphere is his favorite aspect of working at Crosset. A lifetime Cincinnati, Ohio resident, Tim is a graduate of Cincinnati Bible College. Outside of work, he enjoys playing golf and spending time with his three children.


Bob Lummis

Sales/Merchandising Manager

Bob leads sales, merchandising, and new business development for Crosset Company. He joined the company in 1987 as field merchandiser and has been helping Crosset Company customers create the “wow factor” in their produce departments ever since. Bob honed his produce sales and merchandising skills on the front line, having served as produce department manager for two local area supermarket groups and as merchandiser at a produce wholesaler prior to joining the company. What he likes best about working at Crosset Company is the family business culture and the passion the employees have for the success of their customers and the produce industry overall. A native of Miamisburg, Ohio, Bob enjoys basketball, golf, fishing, home improvement projects, and spending time with his wife Debbie, three children, and four grandchildren.


Rob Norris

Director of Operations

Rob joined Crosset Company in 2010 as Director of Operations. He is responsible for operational excellence in transportation, maintenance, and warehouse facilities. Prior to joining Crosset Company, Rob held operations and logistics positions at Tree of Life, US Foods, Penske Truck Leasing, and UPS. What he enjoys most about working at Crosset is the exceptional teamwork, and focus on achieving common goals and exceeding expectations. Rob holds Bachelor and Master of Arts degrees from Olivet Nazarene University in Illinois. He grew up in a small farm town in Central Illinois, but college and his career have taken him to Chicago, Bloomington, Indiana, and, now, Northern Kentucky. Outside of work, Rob’s favorite past times include spending time with his wife and their two daughters, and hitting the open road on his Harley Davidson Road King.


Joe Williams

Director of Human Resources

Joe plans and directs all aspects of human resource and talent management, including continuous improvement initiatives. He joined Crosset Company in 2005 as an HR generalist from Sears Product Repair. He is inspired by the dedicated way Crosset Company employees bring the customer-first mentality to life in their work every day. A native of Mt. Washington, Kentucky, Joe earned his Bachelor of Arts degree from Northern Kentucky University. He is a Six Sigma black belt and a member of the Society for Human Resource Management. When he's not at work, Joe can be found on a golf course or with his wife and their two daughters boating on Lake Cumberland.


Joe Sharp

Director of Procurement

Joe leads buying, customer service, and strategic grower relationships to insure customer quality and service levels are consistently achieved. He began his Crosset Company career in 2000, working in warehouse maintenance, repacking, and loading operations while in high school and college. After receiving his Bachelor of Science degree in Agricultural Economics from the University of Kentucky, Joe joined the sales and procurement team, first with Crosset Company, and then for four years with the Castellini Company.  In 2015, he returned to Crosset Company as Director of Procurement. Joe enjoys the dynamic, fast-paced nature of the produce industry and the customer-focused culture of the company. When he’s not at work, Joe can be found spending time outside with his wife and their two daughters.


Pam Kelley


Pam is a Certified Public Accountant and manages all accounting, financial, reporting and analysis for Crosset Company, as well as the IT and Inventory departments. She joined the company in 1996 as a staff accountant, was promoted to assistant controller two years later and division controller in 2000. Prior to Crosset Company, she held store and financial management positions with several Cincinnati-area independent grocery retailers and a trucking company. What she likes best about working for Crosset is the strong sense of family and community, and the culture that encourages out-of-the-box thinking by all employees. Pam holds a Bachelor of Arts Degree in both Accounting and Real Estate from the University of Cincinnati and is a member of the Ohio Society of CPAs. When she is not at work, she volunteers with the American Cancer Society Making Strides Walk and Pan Ohio Hope Ride. She also enjoys spending time with her husband, their three children, and five grandchildren.


Bill Crosset

Director of Business Development

Bill began his career in 1975 working as a warehouse loader, receiver, and driver at Crosset Company while in college. After completing his Bachelor of Arts degree in Marketing, Sales, and Selling Management at Bowling Green State University, he became a buyer, sales rep, and merchandiser. In 1984, he opened the Crosset Company of Michigan in Ann Arbor, serving first as sales manager and then general manager. Since 1999, he has led new business development for the company.  As the great-grandson of Crosset Company founder Walter Crosset, Bill is particularly proud of the long-standing reputation for quality, service, integrity, and exceptional results its employees have created and continue to deliver every single day. A native of Cincinnati, Ohio, Bill and his family still reside in Ann Arbor, Michigan. He is a Board Member of the Ohio Grocers Association, Crosset Charitable Foundation, and a past Board Member of Money Source. He is also past President and Board Member of the High Hollow Association. When he’s not at work, Bill enjoys golfing, gardening, and spending time with his wife and their daughter.
